I update!

Tomorrow we're totally going on a school trip to a theme park. Admittedly we don't get to miss any school, but, we're gonna get about six hours in the park after school with loads of people I know. Should be fun! Slight problem in the sense that it's part of their Fright Nights thing leading up to Halloween and...apparently you get chased by people wielding chainsaws? I have no tolerance for that shit. </3 BUT OH WELL. Rollercoasters in the daaaark. :D

Yesterday I had to go get my teeth x-rayed at the hospital. Because, basically, they think two of my molars don't have adult teeth underneath them. So when the babies go (which could take anywhere from five to thirty years, apparently) I'll just have a gap with nothing to replace them. The x-ray was to confirm that they weren't there, not just late. They aren't there. :c Stupid genetic problem. So there are various options, but most of them seem to be expensive. Apart from the one where I just leave them to fall out when they will, then deal with it then. But apparently if I just leave them like that they might sink down and fuse to my jaw which for a variety of reasons would be SO VERY BAD, so, yeah. |8 </3

Haha teachers are suddenly clamping down on the whole "these exams affect the rest of your life!!!!11!one" thing. D: I disapprove.

END.

...Well, shit. :/

Today was kind of upsetting.

My mum had to go in for surgery. Nothing too worrying, just exploratory, and she's fine and everything went well and she's on the sofa right now being sleepy.

But obviously I didn't know that so all day I was worrying. xD;

And then this morning we find out that a kid in year 8, two years below me, died in his sleep over the weekend. :/ Just, wtf. They don't know why. And he was one of a set of twins and just, jeez, I feel so awful for them, and I didn't even know the kid. All of that year was so upset all day, along with this girl I know pretty well who mentored their class, she was in tears and had to miss part of the first lesson because she couldn't handle it.

So, yeah.

School is just generally not fun right now. D: Even the subjects I like. English we're working on a presentation and I'm in a mostly shitty group; Music keeps being interrupted by theory lessons and this is the last performance we'll ever do in the class (after this it's composing and revision for the rest of the year, therefore I will not actually be able to play piano despite being in a MUSIC class and omg hate); aaand Art we're working on a resource board which is so much work for stuff I don't care about. </3

But! Positives. Art is likely to pick up eventually, as soon we're starting work on our final project and I am so going to do tattos and throw mythology in there somewhere too. It's gonna be badass. ...Aside from how I actually do it, like, I'm considering making a cast of a torso? But the school only has female mannequins, and I'd prefer a guy...just...because? I have no real reason xD. SO either I can try and get a cast off one of my brothers, meaning I'd get to wrap them in clingfilm, cover them in paper mache shit and have them sit there for like two hours for it to set. I REALLY DOUBT THIS WILL HAPPEN. XD Or, my art teacher gave me the number of a company which have crappy plastic ones, and I will actually have to ring them up and ask "Hi, do you have any male torsos? 8D" so, uh, LOL?

Another good thing! Brother's girlfriend came back from the States today, after about four months. He met her at the airport and was apparently in happy tears. B'aw. <3

END RAMBLE.

It is somewhat ridiculous

That on the second day of term, I can already direct this song at people. -3-;

Good song, though.

Look inside, look inside your tiny mind
And look a bit harder
Cause we’re so uninspired
So sick and tired
Of all the hatred you harbor

So you say it’s not okay to be gay
Well I think you’re just evil
You’re just some racist who can’t tie my laces
You’re point of view is medieval

Fuck you, fuck you very very much
Cause we hate what you do
And we hate your whole crew
So please don’t stay in touch

Fuck you, fuck you very very much
Cause your words don’t translate
And it’s getting quite late
So please don’t stay in touch

Do you get, do you get a little kick out of being small-minded?
You want to be like your father
It’s approval you’re after
Well that’s not how you’ll find it

Do you, do you really enjoy living a life that’s so hateful
Cause there’s a hole where your soul should be
You’re losing control of it
And it’s really distasteful

Fuck you, fuck you very very much
Cause we hate what you do
And we hate your whole crew
So please don’t stay in touch

Fuck you, fuck you very very much
Cause your words don’t translate
And it’s getting quite late
So please don’t stay in touch

Look inside, look inside your tiny mind
And look a bit harder
Cause we’re so uninspired
So sick and tired
Of all the hatred you harbor

Fuck you, fuck you very very much
Cause we hate what you do
And we hate your whole crew
So please don’t stay in touch

Fuck you, fuck you very very much
Cause your words don’t translate
and it’s getting quite late
So please don’t stay in touch

Okay, that? That concert?

BEST.

I could babble on for ages about 3OH!3's OMG AWESOME and OMG FAIL, but I shall only list the highlights:
- The place we were in was TINY, like, full capacity 250. It was smaller than our school hall.
- They took for-freaking-ever to come out. We left the house at five, doors were at seven, they didn't start til at least nine. D: </3 Plus they had a support band which nobody knew they were having, which did some weird dance stuff that sort of all blended together and went on for ages. But, they had a video thing projected behind them and it featured a swirl of unicorns~.
- When they did come out, however...I think this was the best crowd I've ever had, too, nearly everybody knew nearly all the words. When one of the guys went "So we're gonna play a really old song now...it's called Electroshock?" sort of questioningly like we might not know wtf he was on about and everybody SCREAMED (including me, rofl) for it, I was so happy. :'D
- Whilst they did Electroshock, they did the freaking dance for it. Oh yes. The one from the video? Syncronised it and everything. I lol'd.
- Someone threw a shoe up on stage, Sean grabbed it and was all "My penis has always wanted a shoe~. :'D" and stuck it down his pants. I was just. Wtf. Wtf is that. xDD
- Some girl threw her bra up on stage! xD They commented on it and then a while later the same girl threw up a condom.
- This prompted a discussion about condoms: "Who's wearing a condom right now?" And mostly guys went "YEAHHH!" back. xD "Always use protection, kids~."
- At one point Nat was all "...We're gonna try this old hip hop shit now. When I say "3 oh!" ya'll say "3!" So then we did. Then Sean stole it and was all "When I say "S T" ya'll say "D!" ...Seriously, always protection."
- There was some creepy weird yoga type thing dance that Sean did whilst Colorado Sunrise was playing. Idek what he was doing.
- They played a new track! I tried to remember the chorus but I've forgotten it now. D: Something about "This is now, and that was then, I fucked around, with all your friends~" xD
- They went away before they did Don't Trust Me, and everyone was kind of like "...They can't NOT do that, can they?" and, of course they can't! Came back out all like "Just kidding~" and jumped right into it. Place went absolutely crazy, we actually drowned the band out, I swear. Also, people were moshing! In strobe lighting. It was craaazy.

In summary, I got the sweatiest I've ever been in my life, stank of cigarette smoke, got beer splattered on me, and I am completely exhausted. SO WORTH IT. :

Yet another method of procrastination
